Ok so the humidity on goes up to 60% even with the plugs in and if i turn it to 100.5 it doesn't heat the eggs enough I have to turn it to 106.5 for it to even reach 96°

I not sure if your model is similar to one I had, but mine didn't even claim to show the correct humidity until it was fairly high. Sorry I don't remember how high. It sounds like your thermostat is way off. Hopefully you can use a better thermometer to determine where you need to set it. Is yours still air or fan circulated.

Right now it's still air but I ordered the fan kit do you think that the fan will make the temperature situation better

I run forced air ones
I suggest calibrate and have your thermometer you calibrate sane he height as the top of your eggs
What I did was poke a small hole in the side and push mine in
Mine isn’t to far off the calibrated reading

The fan will help even out the temperature some, but it won't correct the thermostat. I added a fan to my still air one as well. I have another LG that came with the fan, but it had some cold spots. I don't think the heating element worked correctly when new. So make sure you check different places for temperature. Also make sure the sensor for the thermostat from incubator is in a good spot. Egg height not right below the heater if possible.

They definitely have hot and cold spots
I hand turn my eggs so I move them around so nobody is in the cool or hot spots
If using the turner you can still once a day move the eggs around so it evens out

Ok I ordered and Installed the fan kit and everything is working now. Also my temp and humidity sensor were off the eggs so I fixed it and got a reptile terraiam thermometer and hygrometer and have moved it all around the incubator and it's pretty consistent
