I have a 50% hatch rate so far!

That's too high for quail.
If you're on day 19 for quail that's not a good sign.

Next time try and keep your humidity at 30 and don't raise it until you see an external pip and then only raise it to about 50.

definitely will try lower humidity next time if you think it will work better!
