@AmyLynn2374 awww their so cute. I can't wait to have lil fluffy butts. Crossing fingers for good results. The Lavenders if all go well should go into lock down on April 9th. Here's to hoping for best. Worried about the air cells. Yes its me Wende worrywart again. Lol

Silkie feet how is your hatch doing? What results have you got from your incubator experiments?

amy lynn what are the lil blue guys?
I have no idea, I'm wondering that myself....lol The only ones I know for sure are the Spitzhaubens and the black Japanese bantams...lol I'm going to pm the girl I bought the eggs from today to let her know how the hatch went and ask if she has any idea what breed(s) they are. I absolutely love their coloring.

Hope you see a great hatch yourself. Xs two on silkie feet. haven't heard from you. :)

My final count ended up being 33 hatchers 32 in my bator. (Only one after hatch loss.) My last lonely egg hatched today. The only chick that hatched during day 21....lol

Thanks.

Lol that's awesome.

Sorry I haven't gotten in the thread the past week, between raising the new chicks, work, and school I've had my hands full. 17 pages later, I'm wore out... Lol If I've learned one thing from this hatch, it's not to help unless YOU did something to harm the hatch or the chick is pipped on the wrong end. Three of the chicks that I helped because they had trouble zipping had major defects and weren't meant to hatch. I know it feels awful to leave them in there, but hatching a defected chick is worse. I will post pictures later tonight or tomorrow morning, they're growing so much and all are healthy! I'm glad yall are having such great hatches! I know it sounds crazy... But I might Fire one back up soon. :D

My November hatch pullets started laying this past week, (I've got almost a dozen eggs between the three of them so far) and my son is upset that we are not incubating them...lol I told him give them a couple months to get bigger and more mature and I'd let him incubate a dozen....lol
