LOL! They will get to know your voice anyway, so sing away!  Its been 10 hour since you posted that you had a pip.  Hate to say, but it could be a few more hours.  But I BET that you will have one out tonight!  What is going on with the rest?

bummer..maybe the others will hear them and they will come climbing out, when they hatch do I need to leave them till the others hatch or should I take them out

Pipping in the middle isn't necessarily a bad thing, don't worry so much. Pipping in the pointy end is the problem.

Mine usually take anywhere from 12-16 hours from first pip to first hatch.
