Little Giant Still Air Incubator?

No, you can't......... Of course you can!! Hens will do that, lay around 12-15 eggs first and then 'set' on it then continues to deposit more eggs and keep the newly fresh eggs warm too, that is why a few hatch on a certain day and then some later a day apart from one another.
That makes sense! I've read a few forums where people say not to do it, but then I'll read about peoples incubator hatching experiences where they will say the eggs they put it at the same time hatched on different days and i thought well it seemed like you could then being they could still hatch on different days. Of course i wouldn't try it when its to far in, but i didn't see where 24 hours after would hurt. :fl

The thing is people are afraid of the 'lock down' in the last 3 days of the first set of eggs being incubated, leaving the later eggs to weather the high humidity..... but I see no problem in that, just don't raise the humidity TOO high and you're good. I've successfully hatched eggs with only a 40% humidity throughout from the first day to the last. :)

I know I’m late to the game on posting but seriously I love mine! I have had 4 hatches now with mine since last year (even 2 of them were single eggs - one was a goose egg and the other a chicken) last hatch was 8 eggs and I have had 100% hatch rates! You definitely have to keep an eye on the humidity and temp levels but I couldn’t be happier!
