Thank you for your post. It's unfortunate to read negative comments, especially when some are new to the chicken world. (Like myself!) I do this just has a hobby and it's fun! Negative comments can ruin the experience. Thank you for helping those of us that need help with what we have, instead of telling us what we should have.

It's like my car....lol...I have a Hyundai Accent....when I REALLY want a new Ford truck! But ya know what??? My car runs...is good on gas....and gets me A to B

And yes, right now,it even gets my HAY !!!
I also have an LG still air...it's just as satisfying to see a hatch from any type of bator. Of course there are negatives and positives from all of them. Just ignore negativity and look for the posts that will help you.

I like my 3 LG bators i have 2 fan forced with turners for incubating and 1 still air for lockdown i mean the temp does flux but only by 1 or 2 degrees and i have indoor/outdoor hydrometers in there and i first found out i had them at 40% humidity i started putting in wet sponges off to the side of the turner and it raised it up to 50 and 60% and for lockdown bator i have it at 70 and 80% so im happy with LG atleast i didnt have to pay over $100
