Little hen with swollen wattle

Found this little hen with swollen left side of wattle and a bit from the bottom of the other wattle she randomly shakes her head and scratches her mouth near her wattle. I had a rooster with his wattle swollen but it was purple and flatter but the same smell of something funky is coming from hers too could it be the same thing. Since they both where in same housing. They have chain like walls that connect to our smaller cockerels and sometimes she fights with them and sometimes stares off with them. And with the rooster same thing he fought with our bantam who bothered him and made him fight with him. No lethargy no sneezing no nasal discharge, no bubbly eyes. Should I separate her or leave her with her friends. They have been having the fowlpox since December after an outbreak before it hit them.

But I vaccinated her since December before it even got to them since they where isolated with no hole walls on both side and they never got out

The other wattle is starting to swell as well she’s acting lazy but when I open the door she runs outside like normal has a small crop. No other symptoms

Forgot when we talk near her(group voice) she shakes her head every word. And scratches her wattle she had a scratch mark that was fresh red and we cleaned it and put gentian violet on it her mouth is clear.
