Little nervous about moving my two week old babies outside.

Go ahead and move them. More exposure to the outdoors sometimes can help them to feather faster...or so I've heard.
 
I have eight chicks. The enclosed coop part of the tractor is 36x36 (not counting nesting boxes) and the run is 3'x5 or 6. It's meant as interim facilities, as it's not big enough for this many chickens once they are grown. But it's way better than the brooder box in the guest room. For perspective that's a 65# dog.

Happy to report 100% survival rate for the first night in the garage.
