Any roo can be loud or quiet... Depends on their personality.

Don't know about loud but they can be somewhat aggressive towards other males and very mean could fight till it kills so don't put him in with other roosters esp. non violent easy going roosters most can't fight very well to defend themselves. Not trying to offend anyone. Just be cautious.
