little stuffed chickens!

someone at the farmers market made little stuffed chickens for ornaments, with matting for wings and thin wire for feet and combs.....anyone have ANY ideas how to make these?

I would be so grateful!

I have a few sort of like that. I suggest cutting out a chicken shape, then using felt for wings and combs and beaks, and attaching either felt feet or wire for the feet. You could use a button for an eye. It would have a quilted look and would be very cute.
