live:dressed ratio -- bourbon red and narragansett turkeys

I've searched BYC and employed teh googles, but still can't find any info on what dressed weights to expect for my heritage turkeys.

Their live weights vary from 17-25 pounds. All toms. I'm keeping the hens and two toms.

Anyone who knows a rule of thumb, I'd really appreciate it.
