If you are in a hurry to get chickens then you must build a Fort Knox coop with a fully enclosed Fort Knox run. This means hardware cloth, buried wire, electric fence, live trap, rifle/shotgun, and game camera.

It would be prudent to fence in your property first. Then build Fort Knox.
