Liver problems?

My chicken has been sick. She had some bright green poo, which the vet said could be a liver problem. Is a liver problem something a chicken can fight off?

Today, she voluntarily ate some bread so she is getting stuff in her system.

Could you give us a few more details about what symptoms she has had? How old is she, is she overweight or underweight, is she eating and drinking?Green droppings can be from not eating enough. Can you post a picture of the droppings?

She is 1 year and 3 months. She's pretty average weight. Losing weight now cause she isn't eating as much.
