I live in Ga. and just retired a year ago. We have enough land for a small farm but now I have the time to play with it. I'm incubatiing eggs, got a flock in the yard, pot bellie pig, rabbits, ducks, doggggggs, alpachas and by tomorrow, who knows what.
Tomorrow I stop turning my first batch of incubated eggs. Holding my breath. I have a really mean dominicker rooster. How can I stop his bad boy self?

Hello and welcome to BYC

I love my roosters, for some reason they've always been the favourites in my flocks, but I agree with the above. If all else fails, you got to do what you got to do. Type keywords like "training aggressive roo" into the search bar above. There are a few threads on the topic that may help you.

! Great to have you aboard! When you say a mean rooster, are you saying he is mean to the hens or mean to you? Might not be a way to make him nice to his girls. There are ways (including a permanent solution) to try and make him not so mean to people. Best of luck and happy hatching!

Thank you all of you. I appreciate your help. I think Sunday dinner will be a nice baked chicken. Yummy. Fran
