Living with Pet Chickens?

I have house chickens

And some that come in from time to time. My chicks are also raised in my house and come out of the brooder sometimes to play.

I have had a house chicken for almost a year now. Miss Spinner. She does spend her days outside in our patio area or in the baby chick pen, but she comes in every evening and spends time with me and our dogs in the kitchen, then puts herself to bed in a dog carrier. She is a banty cochin and has a bad eye and when she gets scared she spins in circles (hence her name), we tried the diapers on her but they just didn't work for her, so she spends her time in the kitchen and once in awhile goes into the living room, she LOVES looking at our aquariums. The other night she sat on my shoulder while I washed dishes, I keep paper towels handy and the diluted bleach spray bottle, with just her it isn't so bad.

Does using my sun room as the brooder count at house chickens?

I have to say, I'd pay $$$ to see a picture of a chicken in a diaper.
