LO Pullet or Cock??????

My LO is 16 weeks old and I have not heard a crow so I am hopeful it is a pullet?

Those long feathers near the tail (saddle feathers I think they're called) make me think its a little boy....as my buff orps pullets/hens don't have them. But that's all my eye can pick up!
