I have some frozen lobster meat that has a bit of ice crystals on it.(the container must not have sealed well)
Can the roosters eat the thawed lobster meat?
For little treats?

Freezer burn affects texture, taste and micronutrients, but freezer burned meat is not dangerous to eat and it would still be a source of supplemental protein.

Just make sure they have a little bowl of butter to go with it.

garlic butter is a must!!! I think they would be fine, bit I have no Idea... When we get lobster here, its a terat expressed here form the inlaws... So yup it's gone!!! Nothing left for the chicks

I dunno, I'd probably eat it myself if it was just a bit of ice crystals on it!

I'd go ahead and give it to them. Crab leg left overs, crab shells, shelfish shells/bits, shrimp shells/heads never seem to have been an issue... they actually swallow some of the smaller shell bits.

The roosters really enjoyed it and I had so much fun watching them try something new.
They really didn't care much for the caviar though and I think I may have lost my Mother of Pearl Spoon to them forever.
Roosters, what are you going to do?
