Lobster Roll recipe needed (New England style)

There's tons of places around here... And tons of recipes. Sorry that I'm so late to this party!!

@KikisGirls it all depends on if your going for a hot lobster roll or a cold. The cold being what you mostly have in those pics, which is kinda like a tuna or chicken salad but lobster instead, served with lettuce on a toasted hotdog roll.
The hot kind, which is my preferred kind, is the hot meat, seasoned and tossed with melted butter and then served on the toasted hotdog roll.

@lazy gardener I'm totally with you. I prefer most of my shellfish naked. Lobster has its own awesome flavor that can easily be covered up by the mayo and even the garlic butter.
Then again, I also like my clams and oysters naked and raw. LOL clams are good fried too. Whole bellies... mmmmm I'm hungry now.
look here...this is the place he has been wanting to go to to try their lobster roll.
I guess I just assumed it is a cold one.
I have no idea.

Never heard of that place, couldn't find an actual address. But, in my neck of the woods, this is by far the best lobster roll. This is a little dive restaurant. If you set a marble on the floor in the middle of the dining room, it would start rolling, and you'd never see it again. The dining room sits on piers and juts out over the Penobscot River. Their lobster rolls are absolutely heavenly, and you can get them naked.

The placed I linked is here in Houston. It just happens to be on the other side of Houston and we haven't made it over there yet.

They are the reason I am in no hurry to go there.
That is just NUTS!
The silly Mex thinks it will be worth it.
To me lobster with mayo is not worth 2 dollars.
I might have paid a lot for the lobster I am going to be using for this creation but it's different/I can justify it when I am making it myself.
