I have 32 growing chick babies in the incubator right now. Pretty sure one is a quitter since I haven't seen any movement the last two times I candled, but I'll check again tomorrow at lockdown to be sure.
Its weird, though. Some of them are big blobs of movement while others seem not to be quite as developed, but still show lots of movement, so I know they're alive and well at this point. All were set at the same time with the exception of 3 I stole from a semi-broody hen. Those few seem to be progressing just fine. They're incubating in a crummy LG9200, so yeah, there have been temp fluctuations, but I do pretty good at keeping it between 100-102 degrees (still air, so even though it's higher, it's not too high).
Does the difference in development seem weird to anyone else??
