logged out, can't log in

I am posting for a friend. She logged out, and can't remember what email she needs to retrieve her password reset from. What should she do?

I think this covers it! She can list the e mail address on the form for lost password. Hopefully she doesn't have too many e mail accounts and can retrieve her password without starting over!
