I think he's exhasted because he's wasn't supposed to be born by now... because you removed most of the shell... but don't worry he's going to satand up when his body is ready... because his body is still working as if he's still hatching with eyes closed and everything.... soo glade and happy he managed to absorb the yolk.. he's just like babies that are born early and put in the incubator... he hasn't fluffed up because hos feathers are sticking to each other because of the assisted hatch and lack of moisture during that assistance.... that always happens if I assist to a hatch outside the standard conditions of hatching... you can gently rub the feathers till they fluff.... because he needs to control his temperature with good and fluffy feathers... hope everything goes well with him... abd that's a lesson learned to not touch hatchong eggs for you in the future....
