Full-grown, females will Quack, males sound raspy. For Mallard derived breeds only, so muscovies don't count.

You aks them for a video of the ducks talking, and if you hear quacks you know they have females.

If the duck is full grown, the males will have a curly tail feather. Muscovies are exempt, but I am sure there is a way to figure out for them.

Voice sexing is a more accurate way though, sometimes the drake feather gets pulled out, or just doesn't develop.
