Only we have ingredient problems over here with the Meringue for the Pavlovas

Have to use a lot more sugar to get it to stiffen right... then its over-sweet.... but I still love it!

Yeah the right amount of sugar can be a pain.. too much and it doesn't dissolve properly.. too little and you end up with a flatted blob that is hard to do anything with

unless you smash it up and eat it
