The budget part is fine though.. hehe!

The 20 acres was 150 and thats the tops. I liked it ok.. but.. again, the bulldozer in the middle of the night problem.

Problem is, everywhere I look.. I see PERFECT places that are only 300 or 500 or 1M!!!!!

Theres a person in texas (and other places I assume) who actually breeds Wallabies (smaller Kangaroos) and 'adopts' out the babies! I want a Wallabie!!!! Pwease???????

We've found places we want to *see* that are typical bank financing places.... but the best places would be owner financed. That would be a lot more do-able.
