First off.. with your saucie... you are not going to go as fast as everyone else until you get the hang of it.. and it is exceedingly unlikely anyone would expect you to!
Go slow, figure out how to do it right.. and then when you speed up you will have good habits to be faster at. Seriously, everyone used to try to shov me out of the way and called me a snail... but a few months later I was the fastest and mine were the prettiest.. and *I* did not have the owner criticizing my pizzas when she came in the store

That saucer... looks... akward! I suppose they want you to use that and not the big spoon?
Im imaging someone using that... would they be scraping the sauce out from the middle in a line and then round in a big circle until it gets around the pizza? That would probably be the way I would go about it... How do the others do it?

.. That doesent sound so hard... what about.. pick the pie up and hold it on a vary slight angle with your left hand and use the scraper with your right (or whichever you favor) then from what you said, you would just do 2 halfmoon circles on each side.

Just go slow... dont be rushed. After a week or so the boss will start letting you know its time to pick up the pace. Like I said.. Im a snail when Im learning new stuff. When I went over to Papa Johns.. I had been hired from the start as an assistant m.... and the boss seemed to think I would learn the whole different system and new tools and methods in all of 10 minutes.. LOL! Which was funny.. because they were a bit nana about prefection over there!

Butterball is pretty fat. I'd like her to be a little fatter in the breast area though, she's a little boney. (Is that how you'd spell that?)
She eats a ton though, and her butt is huge! Lol.
My grandma said not all chickens gain weight the same way, kind of like people. She's extremely healthy, so I shouldn't be concerned.

I would be sneaky and start using that spoon! If the spoon was perfectly round and up to par that is!

With our Dominos/PJ saucers... it was one, long handled, large, fat, flat, spoon that both dished out the sauce and the bottom spread it about. You went in circles with it. We made lots of nice smooth sauced pizzas with that thing

Maybe you should get a petition going around!
