Mom has this great rottisere oven thing.. Its cumbersome and a pain.. but the chicken from it is soooooo

good. Crunchy skin and juicy inside. Better than store rottisere

Mom is a good cook I spose... All those many years... the Dino ages and all, under her belt

Elle? Hehe! I keep having to type Danielle out so no one gets confused.. especially me

I HATED steak as a kid. Never wanted it... and mommy let me have the things I wanted all the time

Then when I was a teen... like 17 or so... I had to try steak to be polite at someones house. They ha only cooked it medium-rare.. and I found I liked it! So I had steak every now and then, rare.. after that....
THEN.. last year... something about the smell of beef started making me nauseus. I couldnt even look at ground beef anymore. It was all gross... (except for sliced roast beef on a sandwich

.. but I cant have it too often

)... so now anytime anyone is cooking beef it smells so disgusting to me and I hae to run away
