So its at 65 F?

If you're looking for a big temp change it might take 24 hours or so..... I dont know.. What was the approx temp of the water when you turned it on? Any change since then? How many watts is your heater? If they even use watts there.. LOL
 
Its at 20C which is..... 68F i think

Would adding some Warm water help?

Its a 25W heater.

Yes adding warm water would help... but then it might not be so easy to see if the heater is working.

25 watts should be enough to hold a warm temp when you have a fishie though... but how many gallons did you say the tank is? 5?
