Oh... but Bettas don't like salt so then we would need to have a de-salinator running in their portion of the ocean.. and those things are expensive

my friends have a betta, I saw him when they had a pool party this summer... he's red, with wispy threads for a tail. Quite a spectacular fish.

SA's recently built a desal plant to deal with the water shortages down here
