Long hanging from butt

It looks like what gets called a lash egg with at least part of the membrane.
A lash egg is when an egg gets delivered to the uterus but for some reason the shell isn't formed.
You should be able to gently pull this out of her vent.

Use warm water and some soft cloth to pull it out and clean the area.

It could be a a collapsed egg membrane. Try to gently pull it, but stop if it doesn’t come out. A warm soak in soapy water (inside the house) would clean her up and might relax her enough to pass whatever it is. Give her a Tums or human calcium tablet to help her muscle contractions to expell the membrane or lash material. Once it comes out, examine it, and if it is thick, cut it in two, and take a picture.

Thank you all for replying, I washed her vent, applied KY gel and removed it slowly.
Can you see the pic and conform what it is?

Sorry that I saw your post only this morning. That looks more like a strand of urates and poop that has clumped together. Could you see any signs of an egg membrane inside it?

No there’s no egg membrane in it.. Anyway after removing it, she is active again and thank you so much for your kind suggestions
