Hello all,
New here, long time bantam chicken owner from Northern California. Just joined today and following the recommendation to introduce myself. Hope I put this in the right spot.

I free range the majority of my birds, that flock can vary between 20-24 birds. I also breed Silver Sebrights and Silver Campine bantams, but they each have a run and coop for each breed.

Most of my flock are old English bantams of some color variety. My first was a Red Pyle. I used to have Silkies and Mille Fleur, however over the years the Cooper’s hawks have dispatched them. At one time I owned a Sultan hen, her traits show up in some birds occasionally (fluffy heads, extra toes, split combs).

My chickens are my pets. Watching bantams is like watching a nice fish tank. They’re busy and intelligent. Mine go for walks in the front yard or over the fence to the neighbors. Luckily everyone enjoys them, and I give them eggs.
I like reading people’s experiences on here. Everyone has such different circumstances. Enjoy some pictures of my flock!

Hello BantanChickenLand
Welcome to BYC.
First, please accept appologies I'm sure from all of BYC for not giving an appropriate and timely welcome. I don't know what happened. Usually one expects a page or two of welcome posts because some of the members take it upon themselves to make new members welcome.:confused:

What lovely chickens. I know of someone here who may be interested in the Campines you look after. Ribh is rather fond of hers.
@Ribh

I'm interested in your coop per breed keeping arrangements.
