Ive had that happen every once in a while, In fact ive got a muscovy baby with the same problem. It eats , drinks & appears healthy. This time I noticed something different. When it hatched it was covered in what seemed like glue, the poor thing was glued to the wire in the incubator.
Maybe its some form of dwarfism ????..it happens with humans, ive seen it with cats also.
