You are very lucky to have met a breeder! My friend bought two tiny newly hatched Dragons from Petco, and he also purchased an already set-up tank that was supposed to be "the perfect enclosure". The babies ended up eating some of the fake moss, and dying. My experience of baby dragons has been bad, but I must admit the babies Spencer (my friend) bought were much smaller. They were the size of a quarter!

That is so sad to hear about your friend's babies!!

This breeder will NOT sell her babies until they are 3-4 months old. That way she can make sure they are a good size 6-8 inches in long and eating the proper diet before they go into thier new home.

You are right Hannah I am very lucky to have found a good breeder of these guys!!

That is great to hear! Its so sad when people just do it for the money and sell them way too young. I never let mine go until they were a few months old either. I cant wait til my Corn Snakes are old enough to breed! They have some pretty amazing hets. So Im excited!

The breeder called Sparky a "flaming sunset" because he was a cross between a "flame" and a "sunset". But he's such a sweetheart, I wouldn't care what color he was.
