My Blue Cochin hens have French names. Here is Collette.


Here is Siegfried. He is a "Showgirl" which is a cross between a Silkie and a Turken breed parents.

Oui bien sûr les photos de poussins sont aussi les bienvenues
Sinon j'ai toujours entendu dire que les poules ne savent pas nager.... mais les vôtres elles nagent ???

The "showgirl" cross breed may be translated as les danseuses de cabaret, perhaps. They were given this name because it looks like they are wearing a feathered headdress costume. They may also be called a "Silkie avec le cou nu"
