This 9 month old pullet has been ill since it was a chick. Has been on denagard, tylan, treated with ivermectin, you name it. Anyway, she has looked this way and breathing with open beak a lot. Does this look like MG? I’ve been trying to figure out how to test for sure. She has since developed white lobes so not a good breeder. She won’t even roost. Can’t decide what to do with her. Thanks for your advice

I’ve been trying to figure out how to test for sure.

I would definitely test. If you're willing, you can do a respiratory panel from Zoologix. It's $98, and you send them three throat swabs, and they test for all the major respiratory diseases.

Even if you don't plan to breed her and are thinking you will cull, testing is the best idea because these diseases are very contagious, and what she has, the rest of your flock might have too.

If it’s mg I know the whole flock is exposed. The only thing I can do is keep them isolated and until they are all gone, no new birds. None of my flock has shown any symptoms whatsoever so I may be stuck with them awhile. I’ve just never had issues with any birds so I’m not sure what I’m dealing with.

Has she had any other symptoms aside from the eye and the open-beaked breathing? Have you checked her choanal slit, just to make sure it's not a case of something stuck in there and irritating her?

She was shipped to me as a day old chick. It was a really rough post office trip as only a few chicks survived. She’s been pretty much sick since then. (I call her sick because of the swollen and sometimes bubbly eyes). She even acts like she can not see well. She dies seem to stress easy which I suspect cause the flair ups. I’m just going to have to test her to be certain I know.
