They're not too fussy about the weather, I put some tarps around them just so they won't get the cold air blown directly on them all day. Unless your temps get into the -10 (°C) or something. As for what they'd look like, these guys have very strong genes, so most times they simply are a little shorter, a little fatter, and a higher tail carriage

it gets much, much colder than that here. (-26c every single year, some years colder)

That amount of cold would take me out, that's for sure. @MysteryChicken keeps them (Malays actually, but you know all Oriental gamefowl are pretty similar) and it gets pretty chilly there, don't know how cold exactly that is

That's -14.8°F. It rarely gets that cold here, but it gets close.
One year we got -20°F wind chills.

yeah, I reverse engineered it from 15 below, which happens reliably for several nights in late january/early february. I've seen as low as 25 below at this location, but that's unusual.

we had windchills of -40 on the 3rd of february this year, and most of the roosters lost a millimeter off the tips of their combs.

looks like the lakes moderate your temps a bit.

It’s way too cold where I live, -30 C or colder in winter. They are very cool though! I wanted modern Game bantams for a while, probably wouldn’t last long.

Sometimes the temps can be abit extreme.

One of my Silkie hens lost the front portions of her toes due to frostbite, somehow I never noticed the frostbite until too late.
