I'm picking this up tomorrow night. I'm not sure yet how to best use the 3 sinks, but I'm thinking of running the hose up through the faucet spot for water and using the middle sink for rinsing after eviscerating. I guess there is the potential that two people could eviscerate at once and each use one counter.
How many "stations" do people processing. We have at least 4 people, maybe 5.
I'm trying to get very organized and ready for this...only a couple weeks left...We are going to the farm up the street to do these birds, because we want to do them all at once (I think) but if we get this all set up, and we store it in the other half of the shed from the chicken coop, right outside that part of the coop is our backyard water spigot (which I forgot we had) so it would be great to process birds with in the future. Or turkeys...because we're supposed to be processing the two little midget whites I have, but...I'm not sure that's happening anymore.
