A little fart egg! My Partridge Rock layed her second egg today (she is 29 weeks old, her first was on Sunday) and it is so tiny!! it is 1.5 inches the long way.
Look at it next to an egg from my Australorp:
My sister candled it and it appears to have almost no whites! all yolk! so I guess it is not a fart egg.
that would be pretty but I can't think of anyplace in this house that the 2 year old wouldn't get to and crush them.
Abhaya: I know what you mean right now I have 18 chickens that are not laying, the youngest is 18 weeks old and the oldest is 27 weeks old, even my leghorn hasn't started!!
