The silkies will need more room then that during the winter months when there locked up all day! they wont have enough room to turn around

Here's the start of it. That's my D uncle in the big blue shirt, DH in the back and DS telling them how to do it.

I made it an L shape because I just don't know why, I like it. Im going to put the egg boxes on the outside. They will be on the right. We had a large piece of glass 5' x 3' to put on the left where the plywood is but DU thought it could break so we will be putting a smaller one in as soon as I get one. Now where do I put a ramp?

I was thinking next to the door on the left because I will have a fence around them.

I made a big door for easy cleaning and I added floor tiles so it will clear easier. I may have to cut that roof sticking out I keep hitting my head.

This is the only window they have so far. Hopefully we will have a couple nice days again to finish it. I will be painting it and DH has someone who will give us shingles for the roof. I will take one more pic when it's done. Thanks everyone for looking. It's not much but it's mine. My DU ask if this was for show birds and I said, well yes these are my silkies.
