We were going to the beach this weekend,but now we both just want to be here.We did not think about the beach for a second when we seen those babies. 5 of them fit in my hand when I moved them!

Glad the new family is doing well. Our 3rd broody - a silver duckwing old english gamebird - started hatching out her eggs today. We have 3 babies so far. I'm addicted more than chickenboy. Chickenboy made me place an ad on Craigslist for the extra roosters. He wants to keep all of the hens. We love to watch the chickens and babies. The hens are so sweet with the chicks.

We might manage to go on a vacation this year. We found another chicken addict - they have a hard time finding a chicken lover to take care of their birds - so we should be able to swap care.
