look who wandered onto my property!!! updated pics at end

You have done enough, if you hear of someone looking for her than you know what to do. So far if anyone wanted her they would be actively looking for her. enough is enough.

Amen to that, you have done as much as I would have!
Good luck with it all.

No, but I had a power nap at midday.

sorry Newchick:
Ozark kept me up all night last night in "chat" so did all the others.LOL we had fun!

Well I hope a family isn't missing her, but way to go taking her in! She really is a beauty. I can't believe people dump such awesome dogs. I hope she works out for you. And also, I used to have a blue merle aussie named Cassie, great name!

Can't see the pictures : (
We have a rescue Aussie, Jack. He's a blue merle. Unfortunately he is almost completely blind but he is a sweetie, unless you're another dog. He's learned to get along with our other two most of the time and he leaves the cats and chickens completely alone. He had a rough start in his past life but is a great family member here now.
Hope everything works out with yours!

You should be able to see her pics now. I didn't realize that when you delete the pics from my photobucket account they can't be seen on the threads anymore. I re-uploaded them into my photobucket account.

I guess I'll add an update:

She is FANTASTIC!!!!

I never had anyone contact me about her.

I finally took down my signs and allowed my local advertisements to expire. I don't know how she came to be on my property, but she's allowed to stay as long as she lives! She gets regular meals, treats, lovin', and a warm place to sleep. She seems to realize that she has it good here cause she never leaves the property anymore. The first week when I was trying to keep her in a kennel, she would take off if she thought I'd put her in it, so I dared to just leave her out. But it worked out great cause he stays 24/7 now. She's even gone to barking at the property line at things (mostly at night) to defend her new home. And lays around sunbathing during the day! She really enjoys being brushed and loved on by me and the kids. I think she was abused because she's very cautious of my b/f and I've had to ban the wiffle bat from the kids because they picked it up to play with and she took off and I didn't see her for 12 hours.(I was a mess looking for her

) As the weeks have gone by though, she's realizing that no one here is going to hurt her and the kids are now able to play with whatever they want around her. And she's warming up to my b/f. He loves on her, but works A LOT so can't spend as much time with her as myself and the kids. It's becoming increasingly hard for me to resist bringing her inside with us. But my b/f says no, and I have really bad allergies too, so that thought alone is what helps me to keep her outside. Oh well.

I'll get some pictures of her tomorrow so I can show her off. Oh, and she quickly took to her new name. I think she likes it!

OOOH she is a pretty girl! Our Jack is a blue merle without any of the tan markings. Both his eyes are blue and he is completely blind in his left eye and only partially sighted in his left. He does pretty well though. And he's got his tail! Full and bushy. I might try to figure out how to post a picture someday.....

forgot to mention we got our Golden Retriever that same way. He wandered into our yard and stayed for 12 years.

ok, here's a few more pics of her that I took today.

This one she was sunbathing in the front yard while we're building our new deck and I called her name to get her to pose. The grass was greener, but now that it's getting cold my grass is ugly.
