So, we made the plan, built the coop, got the food, got all excited, and are currentlly ready but sans chickens.
We're new to the scene and though it would be best to start with some ready-to-be-outside pullets, but are hoping for some that aren't quite laying yet (so we can go through that with the girls).
Anyone in/near Central Arkansas that has any of the breeds we mentioned, or any other good layers they can recommend for thie area, let's chat!
