LOOKING FOR 7 GRAIN HOMEMADE BREAD RECIPES

I am learning to make bread have gotten pretty good so far. Knock on wood LOL>.. A freind at church the other day mentioned 7 grain and 10 grain bread recipes.. I was wondering if anyone had some of them that they might share..
I tried the Gump bread the other day and it was good.. Made another loaf Saturday. It's almost gone. lOL..Have to get some more flour tomorrow so I can make more..

Bob's Red Mill makes several multi-grain cereals that are easily available. I've made this recipe several times and found it very good.
