Looking for a Cockatoo that is young at a reasonable price

I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a cockatoo at a reasonable price in California.

Have you checked rescues near you? Parrots, and especially Cockatoos are extremely likely to be rehomed. If you're looking to not spend much money though, I don't know if you should get one. A cage is expensive, especially one for a bigger bird like a Cockatoo. Then there's perches, toys, food, vet bills. Perches and toys are pretty expensive, even for my tiny budgie, and they'll just get more expensive for a bigger bird.

Yes I reached out to parrot rescues, bu they did not have any under their care.
