Looking for a good chicken keeping book

For one she advocates the use of DE and while I am not totally against it, it is controversial for it's use in regards to chickens.
As well, she claims Muscovy aren't real ducks. While they may not be descended from the mallard or regarded by some as a domestic duck, they are still ducks.
Those are the two that stick out to me and the reasons that I quit following her advice. I realize she is a blogger that made a dent in the world of poultry and so she appeals to backyard chicken keepers. I am not saying that all of her advice is bad, but I wouldn't recommend one of her books. May be fun to follow on Instagram though.

What I especially like about Ussery's book is that he covers a lot of ground. Mixing your own feeds (if you are so inclined), alternate protein sources, Processing, Deep litter management, and soil management practices to prevent excess build up of P and N in the soil. I have yet to see a poultry book geared to small flock management that covers the latter.
