Looking for a good, loving home for ducks!

[LA Ducklings]

Hello! I have a couple of ducks who are looking for a good, loving home: 3-4 female mallards, 2-3 female Indian runners, and 2 male mallards. They do not all need to go to the same home, but I would like them to go in at least groups of 2. All of the birds are ~ 1 year old and extremely friendly. I film birds as part of my job and I hand-raised these ducks from the day that they hatched, handling them almost every day, and they’ve become my babies… but I can’t keep all of them


In terms of a home, I am hoping to find someone in southern or central California, who can provide the following:

• A pen that is safe from predators and that provides protection from the weather (i.e. too much sun, too cold, etc.)
• Clean drinking and head-dunking water every day
• Access to a little pool for bathing on a regular basis
• Love! My ducks will eat out of your hand and they love people, and I really want them to go to someone who loves ducks and will give them treats, etc.
