Looking for a lamb. In Florida.

I am looking to add a ewe/ram lamb to our family of pets. I prefer that it be weaned. I am in Jacksonville Florida, but will travel within 100 miles.

Wish you were closer...my neighbor gave me a day old lamb this morning that mama rejected...my DH is going to have a cow!! (Hey - we don't have one of those yet??)

Anyone close want a baby lamb?

OMGosh!! I wish both of you were closer. I would love for someone to just hand me over a baby lamb. I have looked everywhere near me. No Luck! I spoke with a lady today (not BYC) she has some but says they are not friendly rather wild. They were Katahdin, I think everything is what you make of it.
I am still open to suggestions.

I did, thanks. Nothing within couple hundred miles.
I am willing to travel 100 miles or so. I have never had sheep before.

Just make sure you do your homework ahead of time.

They can easily overeat and they can't have copper, just to name a few things.

I have researched their requirements. I am aware in the difference in goat/sheep feed. We have 80 acres so they have plenty to graze and forage. I plan to feed them in the evenings and let them free range about during the day.

Crap, I have 3 bottle babies 3 days, 6 days and 10 days old. They are driving me insane.
