I also have some silkie cockerels available, although, they are pet quality and not even close to show quality, but still nice. 1 has a single comb(so thats out), another has vulture hocks(not as bad), and the other one is probably the best because of his posture but he isn't crested.

Just thought I'd add my extra roos to all the posts. We have a Blue laced red roo and a Splash cochin roo who need new homes. We have 50ish girls with 6 large roosters, one bantam roo and a WCB roo so I think my girls might be a bit overwhelmed. Both available were hatched march-june 2008. We are in Dover-Foxcroft ME. Both are friendly. We want our animals happy so they would be free as long as you don't eat them.. PM if interested. I could email pics if interested.

Hey all!
This will still be a great thread for anyone looking for a rooster in Maine, but just wanted to let everyone know I found a wonderful barred Rock boy that we already love.
