You will have to find a large animal or livestock vet that also has poultry experience...if you live in rural area that may be possible. If ya live in city it's highly doubtful you'll find one that comes out or one at all.

Is there a reason you can't just take the bird to the vet yourself? Because avian veterinarians aren't uncommon in your area. There's one in Rutland VT which would be about an hour and 15 minutes from you. Used to also be one in Poultney but he may have just retired.
