Looking for advice on a Brower Top Hatch potential incubator

Hello! I'm looking for some advice. I have an opportunity to buy a Brower Top Hatch for $75.00.
Is this a good incubator? Hard to run? A good deal for this price? I saw the same one being sold for $187.00 on a site online (new).
I've never had an incubator, just wondering if this is a good choice for a beginner.

I am also thinking of purchasing a Brower Top Hatch Incubator, and would like to know if it is a good unit. Also, I've seen that it comes in either 110 volt / 60 Hz OR 120 volt / 50 Hz model... What is the difference there, and/or which type is better?

New to hatching eggs but this is the incubator I bought was the cheapest and best for my money. It does not come with a turner although they sell those as well but I just went to my local farm feed store and bought a turner when it was on sale for $39.95.
