Hi there! I was all set to purchase a Genesis Hovabator. However, happened to be in a farm supply store and enquiring to clerk if she knew of any used units for sale. A lady in the line behind me overheard our convo and said her Mum was looking to sell hers. We went and looked and picked it up for $80 CAN.

It's a. Brower 846. I read on the net that they are considered a little gem by some and a bit hard to come by?

What I'd like to know is: Is there anything different I should be doing in terms of incubating procedures when using this device? Ie; lockdown still the same? Turning etc?

Any advice you might have would be awesome.
Kind thanks in advance :/

Everyone has there opinion, but even people with ugly babies think their baby is cute. If the incubator holds steady temps 99-102, then you are good. If you can add some form of circulation you'll maximize your chances.

80 canadian dollars is i bit steep for the antique. But will be worth it if you can get consistent hatches.
